Elvis aka Alp is one handsome guy. He is long legged, very agile and has gorgeous markings. He loves attention and lots of petting – just a friendly and playful boy. He loves to run and play with the other greyhounds. Elvis didn’t train for the racetrack and came to us from a greyhound farm. He is doing very well in the house and gets along well with other dogs. This boy will make a super pet and will do very well with kids of all ages. Elvis aka Alp is now looking for a long-term relationship with a loving family. He would do best with a fenced in yard and would love to have a canine companion near his size to run and play with, but he could most likely be an only dog.

Update: Elvis has learned the art of fetching and will bring the toy back! He is one of the most engaging and friendly greyhounds I have encountered. He loves to play with you, but if you are busy, he is super at entertaining himself. Elvis absolutely loves kids and would do very well with children as he thinks he is a “kid” in a dog coat. He is a greyt greyhound ambassador and has attended Rave Theater many times. He thinks everyone there has come to see him! He loves to rest his head on another dog. Elvis has made a lot of progress since he entered our adoption program.

Update: Elvis is all grown up now. He is very entertaining, loves loves loves all people and kids. This happy boy with the helicopter tail loves attention and getting petted. Loves soft pillows and playing with stuffies. This engaging boy has become quite a personality at Rave Theater. He loves playing in the backyard and running and playing with other greyhounds and the feeling is mutual with other greyhounds – whether they are female or male. Maybe they like it when he cleans their ears!
